As a startup, Cleantech Quality Assurance will initially operate out of a small office located in Bangalore, India. Bangalore is the technology hub of India, providing access to skilled talent and potential partners in the industry.
Our 1,500 square foot facility will house our quality assurance equipment and components and it will also contain office space for our staff of engineers and technicians overseeing projects.
As we grow, larger facilities may be required. We will look to expand our lab and testing capacities as our client base increases across India. Additional small satellite offices could also be opened in major cities if needed to be closer to client facilities.
Staying centrally located in Bangalore provides proximity to partners, vendors, and clients while keeping real estate costs affordable during these early stages of business formation.

Our startup's marketing strategy focuses on leveraging our managing director Sarankumar Chollangi's industry connections and reputation to secure additional major projects in India. As a prominent 15-year veteran of the industry
Additionally, we will establish our reputation by:
- Actively participating in local and international trade associations and trade shows, including announcing our presence at SEMI India in September 2024
- Performing exceptionally well on our initial project with Reliance Industries, as our work quality serves as a powerful testament to our capabilities
This personalized, relationship-based approach allows us to organically build brand awareness and trust in the Indian market's tight-knit semiconductor and solar construction industry. As we deliver results and network with key players, we will attract potential clients for additional projects
Equipment & Tools
As a startup focused on contamination control and quality assurance services, our equipment and tools are vital to delivering value to customers. We will invest in an inventory of analytical equipment to precisely measure leaks, particles, and gas phase contamination at parts-per-billion sensitivity
Key equipment purchases in our initial inventory include:
- Leak detectors capable of detecting leaks as small as 1 x 10-12 std cc/sec
- Particle counters able to measure particles down to 0.1 microns
- Gas chromatography systems to quantify gas phase contamination below 1 ppb
This advanced instrumentation will allow us to offer measurement and analysis services well beyond industry norms. As we establish our operations, we will continue acquiring equipment to support additional service offerings while building cost-effective analytical tools leveraging local suppliers.
Our initial equipment investments paired with continual upgrading will ensure we stay at the leading edge of contamination control capabilities to best serve customer needs
Technology
As a startup, Cleantech Quality Assurance leverages industry expertise and established supplier relationships to rapidly deploy cost-effective analytical equipment tailored to customer needs. By tapping the inventory and capabilities of our parent company, QAM, we can procure specialized contamination control and quality assurance gear to support our service offerings.
Our partnership with QAM provides access to an extensive equipment inventory at favorable lease rates, allowing rapid scaling to meet customer demand across multiple facilities. Additionally, long-standing supplier relationships in both the US and Asia supply chain markets allow procurement of customized gear designed specifically for unique customer requirements.
Cleantech brings decades of experience in turnkey installation, commissioning and operating of high purity gas and chemical systems for leading edge facilities. Our parent company brings industry leading commissioning, installation, and operating SOP’s for critical process systems. Cleantech also brings a strong market position and industry network to the partnership allowing CQA to participate in prominent industry projects.
